"Food and Beverage Attendant"

Job Description

PRIMARY DETAIL

Provide quality food and beverage service across all outlets and events, ensuring prompt, accurate setup of meeting and event rooms.

• Provide service to guests including greeting, seating, presenting menus, taking orders and serving food and beverages aligned to Responsible Service of Alcohol requirements.
• Process orders and payments to finalise restaurant guests checks.
• Assist in the set-up, service and break down for conferences & events aligned to client requirements.
• Maintain thorough knowledge of the menu, current promotions and daily specials and provide recommendations to guests.
• Perform food and beverage opening and closing procedures to ensure a safe and clean environment.

Comply with relevant EEO and WHS regulations. 

Perform any other duties as required and appropriate for this classification
