Seeking enthusiastic Food & Beverage Attendants to engage customers, take orders, and serve food and drinks in a fun, fast-paced team.
About Us
Lakeside Hotel & Conference centre is an award-winning venue situated on the picturesque grounds of Macquarie University at North Ryde.
The 40 Room hotel offers A la carte restaurant, café and impressive conference and event facilities featuring state of the art technology.
Lakeside Hotel & Conference centre employees enjoy access to extensive Macquarie University facilities including a high-tech library, private teaching hospital, gym and pools, a campus train station and Macquarie Centre shopping complex next door.
Essential Criteria
- Previous experience in customer service role
- Be self-motivated and the ability to adapt in a dynamic environment.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and think quickly.
- Provide consistent, quality food & beverage service to both internal & external clients and liaise between kitchen and front of house.
- Delivering a high level of professional customer service
- Strong and confident communication skills.
- Knowledge of point of sale cash register
- Cash handling and transaction processing experience
This position requires a current NSW RSA certificate, Criminal History Check and applicants must be legally entitled to work in Australia.
