Position: Full-time Foreign English Teacher (1-year contract, renewable upon mutual agreement).

Basic Requirements

1. Nationality & Language Proficiency: Must be from a native English-speaking country (e.g., UK, USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand). Fluent and standard English spoken communication skills, capable of unimpeded teaching interactions.
2. Age Limit: Generally under 50 years old; exceptions may be made for highly qualified candidates.
3. Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree or higher in English Language & Literature, TESOL, Linguistics, or related fields (preferred). Candidates with other academic backgrounds must hold English teaching certifications (e.g., TEFL/TESOL) or possess substantial teaching experience.
4. Teaching Experience & Qualifications: Minimum 1 year of English teaching experience. Exemption from work experience requirement for candidates holding education/language degrees or certifications such as TEFL, TESOL, or CELTA.
5. Professional Ethics: Passionate about education, responsible, student-oriented, and committed to fulfilling teaching duties.
6. Legal Compliance: Adhere to Chinese laws, regulations, and institutional policies; respect local culture and customs; no criminal record (proof required).
7. Health Status: Physically and mentally fit for teaching roles.

Job Responsibilities

• Location: No. 432 Zhucun Avenue East, Zengcheng District, Guangzhou.
• Duties: Teach courses including Oral English, Listening, Writing, Reading, and Cross-Cultural Communication.
• Workload: Minimum 12 teaching sessions per week; participate in seminars, competition coaching, student activities, and institutional meetings as required.
