FT Admin - Director of Enterprise Systems
Job Summary: The Director of Enterprise Systems plans, organizes, and manages the overall activities of the College’s enterprise systems to ensure all technology components fit together and function as an integrated system. Directs the planning, implementation, and operation of college-wide information systems to support college instructional, management, and service activities to achieve College goals. The Director serves as a member of the Information Technology Services Division Leadership Team and advises the CIO in the areas of information technology, budget, planning, and staff development. Must demonstrate a commitment to the diversity of a multi-cultural population, as well as work effectively in a team-based environment, seeking continuous improvement and adherence to the community college philosophy. Regular on campus presence is expected for all LCC employment. Any flexible work schedules and/or hybrid work schedules approved by the College are subject to change based on the needs of the LCC community. LCC policy requires all LCC employees to be residents of the State of Michigan and to perform all work (with limited exceptions) within the State of Michigan. Final candidates will be subject to a criminal background check as part of the employment process.
Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university OR combination of relevant education and experience. Significant leadership experience overseeing an information technology department/area. Demonstrated ability to work within a collaborative/team environment. Demonstrated experience in excellent customer service.
Preferred Qualifications: Master's Degree. 5+ years' experience related to the administrative management, leadership, and coordination within an ITS Division’s Enterprise Systems Department. 5+ years' experience working in a large complex institution such as higher education, healthcare, etc.
