College’s diversity initiatives to promote diversity and inclusion. The position assists the Director of K-12 Operations in awarding college credit for postsecondary enrollment options (ERESA, CCRESA, High School Advantage, etc.) and monitors program effectiveness.

Regular on campus presence is expected for all LCC employment. Any flexible work schedules and/or hybrid work schedules approved by the College are subject to change based on the needs of the LCC community.

LCC policy requires all LCC employees to be residents of the State of Michigan and to perform all work (with limited exceptions) within the State of Michigan.

Final candidates will be subject to a criminal background check as part of the employment process.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Demonstrated experience providing support to students and developing K-12 partnerships.
• Demonstrated experience gathering data and creating reports.
• Demonstrated experience creating written materials and working with the public.
• Demonstrated experience with computer software.

Preferred Qualifications: Demonstrated experience developing business or community partnerships.
