Penn Dental Medicine seeks qualified full-time faculty to teach in the pre-clinical environment. The successful candidate will instruct and mentor pre-doctoral dental students as they develop foundational clinical skills prior to patient care. This role supports Penn Dental Medicine's mission of excellence in dental education through hands-on instruction, feedback, and assessment in a collaborative academic setting.

Responsibilities:

• Provide instruction and supervision in pre-clinical dental courses.
• Demonstrate dental procedures, techniques, and best practices in the pre-clinic.
• Evaluate student performance and provide constructive feedback.
• Support course objectives and contribute to a professional learning environment.

Qualifications
Qualifications:

• BDS/DDS/DMD or equivalent degree
• Demonstrated clinical knowledge and technical proficiency.
• Prior teaching or academic experience preferred.
• Pennsylvania dental license is not required, as this position is limited to the pre-clinical teaching environment.

Appointment:
Full-time, non-tenure track; compensation and schedule based on qualifications and departmental needs.
