Salary

• For bachelor’s degree holders, the monthly basic salary ranges from RMB 8,000 to RMB 9,000. The default workload is 10 teaching periods per week. An additional RMB 120 will be paid for each period exceeding the default 10 periods per week.
• For master’s degree holders, the monthly basic salary ranges from RMB 9,000 to RMB 10,000. An additional RMB 140 will be paid for each period exceeding the default 10 periods per week.
• For doctorate degree holders, the monthly basic salary ranges from RMB 10,000 to RMB 11,000. An additional RMB 160 will be paid for each period exceeding the default 10 periods per week.
• Teachers who renew their contracts will receive an additional two – months’ basic salary and an extra RMB 300 per month.

Travel Allowance

• Teachers from European, American, Oceanian and African countries: RMB 13,000 per contract year.
• Teachers from Russia: RMB 11,000 per contract year.
• Teachers from Asian countries: RMB 9,000 per contract year.
• Additionally, an annual vacation allowance of RMB 2,200 per year is provided for foreign staff.

Other Benefits

• A free, well – furnished apartment (excluding personal bedding such as pillows, quilts, linens, etc.) is provided.
• Health insurance is covered throughout the contract period.
• The college is responsible for the fees related to work visa extensions and physical examinations in Hainan. Expenses incurred before arriving at the college shall be borne by the applicant.

V. Documents Required for Work Visa Application (Scanned Copies and Originals)

1. Resume/CV with a recently taken 2×2 – inch digital photo, with a white background and a file size of not less than 40KB.
2. Recommendation letters from previous work units, attesting to at least one – year teaching experience.
3. Notarized No Criminal Record (also known as “Police Clearance Record”).
4. Notarized highest – degree certificate and football coach qualification certificate.
5. The “FOREIGNER PHYSICAL EXAMINATION FORM” will be sent to the applicants after interviews.
6. Couples with children need to provide notarized marriage certificates and children’s birth certificates.

1. The contract period is approximately 10 months, covering one academic year.
2. The default workload is 10 teaching periods per week, with each period lasting 40 minutes.
3. Certification materials of non – English – speaking foreign teachers must be notarized into English or Chinese.
4. If the applicant’s country is a member of the Hague Convention, please complete the notarization of the documents at the local judicial authority. If not, please go to the Chinese Embassy or Consulate for notarization.
5. Ensure that all the above – mentioned materials are scanned and submitted.
