GI Medical Oncology - Assistant or Associate Professor

The Yale Cancer Center and the Section of Medical Oncology invite applications from board-certified/board eligible medical oncologists for multiple positions in GI Medical Oncology. The incumbent should have a demonstrated academic record consistent with the level of Assistant Professor or Associate Professor at Yale School of Medicine. We are specifically looking for candidates with a demonstrated focus are in hepatobiliary and pancreas cancers, though other areas in GI Oncology will be considered. Experience in the development of clinical trials and novel therapies for GI cancers is particularly important in addition to clinical expertise, participation in multi-disciplinary teams in both clinical practice and research, and important contributions to research and/or clinical care in GI Medical Oncology. Clinical practice will take place at a Smilow Cancer Hospital location, likely based in New Haven, North Haven or another Smilow network site in CT. Dr. Pamela Kunz, Director of the Center for Gastrointestinal Cancers at Smilow Cancer Hospital and Yale Cancer Center and Chief of GI Medical Oncology, will lead this search.
