01 Top-notch Faculty
Position: “Qiushi” Chair Professor
Requirements: Scholars with special achievements and extensive international academic influence recognized by international peers, such as Nobel Prize, Turing Award, Fields Medal or other international award winners; Academicians of the Academy of Sciences or the Academy of Engineering of developed countries; top scholars from home and abroad of comparable level.
Remuneration and Benefits:
- Remuneration: Successful candidates will be provided with competitive remuneration and welfare benefits, negotiable based on actual demands.
- Housing: Assistance will be given in solving the housing problem, with temporary apartments provided. Welfare apartments can be purchased if they meet the requirements of the state and the university.
- Start-up fund: negotiable according to actual demand;
- Office and laboratory space: Competitive office environment and laboratory space will be provided;

Position: Zhejiang University “Qiushi” Distinguished Scholar(including “Qiushi” Distinguished Professor,“Qiushi” Distinguished Professor for Teaching, “Qiushi” Distinguished Scholar for Experiments, “Qiushi” Distinguished Clinician,Zhejiang University Leading Professor of Humanities and Social Sciences).
Requirements: Applicants with full professorship (or an equivalent title) in a prominent university (“Qiushi” Distinguished Clinician requires both professor and chief physician in principle); with recognized academic achievements in his/her field of study and capability of leading the discipline to catch up or maintain the international advanced level, and with excellent organizational leadership ability.

- Detailed resume: Resume of continuous study and work from the beginning of undergraduate study to the date of application, published papers and work, achievements in major teaching and scientific research, research projects undertaken, patents and awards, etc.;
