"Golf Course Restaurant Supervisor"

This positions supervises the front of the house operation for the OSU Golf Club Restaurant, Mackenzie Pub and McCoy Halfway House. Organizes cash drawers for daily business and reconciles all areas daily. Developing social events for OSU membership. Meets with clients regarding banquets, weddings, and Monday outings. Provides excellent customer service to clients throughout the planning process through execution of the event. Invoices clients post event. supervises the dining room during daily lunch and private functions. Serves as manager on duty for events.
