Job Description

• Design graphics for digital and print materials, including social media, web, facility and event signage.
• Maintain brand consistency across all creative projects.
• Ensure all design elements are accurate, proofread and adhere to design and printer specifications.
• Assist with photography, editing and shooting on game day and internal events.
• Organize, label and manage assets on department shared drive.
• Assist with department administration functions as necessary.
• Perform all other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Job Requirements

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premier Pro).
• Strong understanding of visual composition, aesthetics, layout, typography and branding.
• Familiarity with different design formats for digital platforms such as X, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, etc.
• Passion for collegiate athletics and a creative mindset.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines while working effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Highly detail-oriented, self-motivated communicator who follows direction and functions well in a dynamic environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Familiarity with current social media trends.
