- Work experience as a nurse (1 point for every two months of work experience, up to 6 points)

These requirements must be proven with an official certificate issued by the competent authority or a responsible declaration.

Selection process
Selection process:
- Based on the points obtained in the evaluation of merits, at least the three best candidates will be selected for a personal interview where communication skills, work aptitude, and abilities will be assessed, with a maximum of 3 points. Only candidates who obtain at least 50% of the points from the assessable merits will be eligible for the interview phase.
- After the position is awarded and in case the selected candidate declines the contract, the hiring committee may choose to resolve in favor of the next candidate according to the published score list.
