The University of Reading is seeking to appoint a Graduation Administrator based within the Examinations and Graduation Office.
We are looking for a skilled and motivated person who will ensure the high quality administration of the University’s graduation ceremonies and activities. You will provide support and guidance throughout the year to a wide range of colleagues on the various graduation protocols, policies and procedures of the University.
You will have:
- The ability to work with large and complex databases, combined with an exceptional focus on attention to detail
- Experience in an administrative role in a busy office environment
- Excellent organisation/time management, planning and prioritisation skills, with the ability to work effectively under pressure within tight deadlines.
- Experience of using a student records system (ideally SITS or similar)
- Excellent and sensitive communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to diverse audiences
