Overview
The Office of the Registrar seeks an energetic team player to serve as Manager of the Graduation team. The Office of the Registrar is a fast-paced, collaborative unit that is dedicated to providing students, faculty, and staff with superior service in a large variety of different tasks and processes.
The graduation team in particular plays a critical role across campus in helping to verify degree requirements and provided needed support to graduating students, alumni, and faculty/staff in the colleges and schools at Auburn University. As the leader of the graduation team, this individual will coordinate and oversee degree-verification and awarding processes, provide direct support for and collaboration with Auburn's colleges and administrative units, manage external partnerships with vendors and other organizations, and contribute to innovations and improvements to the team's processes to provide the best possible service.

Responsibilities
- Monitors the requirements for students pursuing graduation including (but not limited to) ensuring appropriate hours are completed and minimum GPA achieved, assessing holds, and coordinating outreach with academic units to verify that graduation requirements have been met.
