Groundskeeper (Building/Grounds Supervisor I) Salary: $34,532 – $43,165 per year, USCA Landscaping and Ground Services

At direction from Landscape Manager, performs hands on grounds keeping and landscaping activities to meet University goals and objectives. Knowledge/Skills/Abilities: Knowledge of grounds keeping maintenance standards, requirements, and tasks. Enforce and/or practice safe work habits. Knowledge of sprinkler system design, maintenance and turf grass management. Knowledge of personal computer and Excel spreadsheets. Good skills in written and oral communication. Minimum requirements: Typically holds a high school diploma or GED. Requires 1 or more years of job related experience. Preferred: A herbicide license, horticulture training, and experience with operation and maintenance with large irrigation systems. Application deadline: December 1, 2025. USCA is an AA/EOE.
