The Client Services Team acts as the key point of contact and provides a high level of consistent service provision to support HDR students and supervisors during the entire student lifecycle, ensuring continuous improvement of the student and client customer experience. The Admin Services Team delivers operational services, governance and support to ensure a streamlined student research journey..
