Head Cheer Coach

organizing volunteer and community engagement activities. The coach will also be responsible for planning practices, overall skill development, and game day performance strategies. Candidates should possess strong technical knowledge of cheer coaching and an understanding of competitive cheer rules and regulations. The successful candidate will demonstrate a commitment to student-athlete success and the values of sportsmanship, leadership, and teamwork. Required KSAs/Competencies/Qualifications

Technical knowledge of coaching a cheer team.
Knowledge of competitive rules within the sport organization.

Required Experience:

Experience with club and/or collegiate cheer student-athletes.

Required Education:

Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university in a related field.
