Job Description Summary:
Under the direction of the Director of Fitness and Wellness Programs, the Esports Head Coach is responsible for the day-to-day leadership and administration of the Competitive eSports teams at Wentworth. In conjunction with the Director, the head coach will manage the team rosters, manage and oversee official team communication channels, and manage student conduct and eligibility requirements.
Minimum Education Required:
Preferred Knowledge: Working knowledge of concepts, practices, and procedures and ability to use in varied situations.

- Bachelor’s Degree.
- Minimum of 1 year of playing/coaching experience at a
competitive level.
- Knowledge of Skill Development.
- Ability to work with and develop a variety of experience and
skill levels.
- The coach must attend all practices and games, and travel when
necessary.
- Previous playing or coaching experience.
- Skill development experience.
- Team building experience.
- Manage all aspects, areas, and components of the eSports teams.
Coordinate all strategic aspects of the eSports program.
