The Athletics Program at St. Catherine University invites applications for a full-time Head Softball Coach position.

The Head Softball Coach will:

• Oversee all aspects of operating a successful NCAA Division III program within a competitive conference structure.
• Lead student-athletes to a strong team structure that develops student-athlete experiences and competitive team results
• Ensure compliance (and reporting of violations) with NCAA Division III and MIAC rules.
• Meet recruiting goals as established by the athletic department is a vital part of this position.
• Organize an assistant coaching structure that supports department and team goals.
• Develop strong alumnae connections
• Other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree. Significant coaching experience at the NCAA or high school level.

Preferred Qualifications:
Master's degree. NCAA Division III coaching and recruiting experience.
