Position Summary

Conduct training for new swim buddies (trainees) on the AquOTic project on teaching techniques, safety protocols, and curriculum. Create and update lesson plans and teaching materials for various skill levels. Provide guidance, feedback, and support to instructors to help them improve their skills and address challenges. Observe and assess swim buddies performance to ensure they are meeting program standards.

Job Requirements

High School diploma or GED. Minimum of one year of prior experience as a swim instructor is desired. Certification: American Red Cross Water Safety Instructor Trainer (WSIT).
