Job Duties:
• Coordinate and manage the calendar of the AVP and the HWB
Leadership Team Calendar.
• Coordinate the ongoing professional development planning and
tracking for HWB Leadership team members; coordinate and support
professional travel arrangements for the AVP.
• Manage the scheduling and planning of HWB full team connections,
including chairing a committee of representatives from each of the
departments planning and implementing the events.
• Manage and support shared Microsoft Teams environments (including
connected OneDrives, SharePoints, Planners, calendars, etc.) for
the HWB Leadership Team, HWB Full Team, and other related subgroups
and committees.
• Support and assist in coordination of outreach and communication
efforts of members of the HWB Team in alignment with the HWB,
Division, and Institutional priorities.
• Support the AVP with processing and management of budget,
financial transactions, and reporting.
• Plan and oversee the procurement and management of equipment,
supplies, promotional items, and materials to support the HWB
Team.
• Collaborate with advancement and other partners in proposal
writing and other materials to secure and report on grants,
sponsorships, and philanthropic support for HWB.

• Contribute and support the Health and Wellbeing Leadership Team

Education and Experience: Requires a bachelor’s degree and at least
1 year of relevant experience.
Desired Qualifications:
• Master's degree from an accredited university or college in a

• Demonstrated knowledge and experience in administrative support
and coordination of activities for a leadership team.
• Knowledge and experience with technology tools such as Microsoft
365 including Teams, Shared Calendars, SharePoint, Planner,
