The role

Full time, Fixed term (up to January 2027)
Level 7 - $101,421 to $110,819 pa (plus 17% superannuation)
Albury-Wodonga, Bathurst, Orange, Dubbo, Port Macquarie or Wagga Wagga

As the Health, Wellbeing and Injury Management Adviser, you will foster a safe, secure and inclusive environment by developing and delivering injury prevention, early intervention, return-to-work programs, and holistic health and wellbeing initiatives.

About you

Proven experience in project management and program/initiative development and delivery.
Strong knowledge of workers' compensation and return-to-work services.
Ability to have wellbeing and early intervention conversations to influence positive change.
Analytical mindset with expertise in data analysis, trend identification, and program evaluation.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
