Heating, Air Conditioning, Ventilation & Refrigeration Lab Assistant

Position: North Platte Community College is seeking a part-time lab assistant to work in the HVAC/R Technology classroom and lab. This position is approximately 28 hours per week, Monday–Friday, 8 a.m.–noon. Duties include, but are not limited to equipment maintenance, preparing lab materials/supplies, organization of lab, assisting with the supervision of shop activities and substituting as needed.

Minimum Qualifications:

Certificate and/or documented work experience in HVAC/R and the desire to work with college age students. Previous experience in an education setting is helpful. The ability to communicate in multiple languages is helpful.
