History Part-Time Instructor Pool 26-27
The Department of History, Geography and Legal Studies in the College of Social Sciences, Math and Education at The University of Tampa invites applications for part-time instructors to teach courses in History.
Responsibilities will include:
- Create syllabus and other course related materials.
- Teach course(s) according to departmental guidelines.
- Provide meeting time for students.
- Complete course grading and submit final grades on the on-line system.
The successful candidate will have:
- Master's Degree in History required; Doctorate preferred.
- College level teaching experience; experience teaching History classes preferred.
Applications for part-time positions are accepted on a continuous basis and reviewed by the department when openings become available. Future teaching assignments are on a term-by-term basis which may include fall, spring and summer.
