JOB TITLE:

Custodian/Dish Room Attendant - Bakery

JOB PURPOSE:

To ensure cleanliness of the Bakery

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide custodial services to designated area.
• Assist with dishes.
• Sweep and mop floors.
• Refill wash & sanitizer buckets as needed.
• Clean floor drains
• Provide trash removal; maintain clean and lined trash containers.
• Take dirty sheet pan rack up to dish room area in the Dining Center
• Refill & stock ingredient bins

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

Experience: High school diploma or GED
