JOB TITLE: Front Desk Assistant
Pay increases to $15.25/hour after successfully completing a 4 month probationary period.
WORKING HOURS: Applicants MUST be able to work Summer, Fall 2026, and Spring 2027.
- 9:30 to 11:30 am on Tuesdays and Thursdays during the Fall 2026 semester
- 2:30 to 4:00 pm on Thursdays during the Fall 2026 semester
- All day on Friday, 8/21 and Saturday 8/22 for Move-In
Working hours for this position may range from 10 to 25 hours/week. Applicants may be scheduled to work during the following times: Monday - Friday 7:00 am - 5:30 pm. This position may require occasional night/weekend work.
JOB PURPOSE: Front Desk Assistant
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Handling front desk operations
- Answering phones
- Data entry
- Processing payments for citations and permits
- Assisting customers, resolving customer issues
- Checking vehicles in and out
- Making reservations and vehicle assignments
- Daily accounting processes; working register, creating deposits
- Opening the office/closing the office when office associate is not available
- All other duties as assigned
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Applicants MUST be able to work Summer, Fall 2026, and Spring 2027. Individuals hired for this position must complete a background check and hold a Valid driver's license with a motor vehicle record (MVR) compliant with the Driving for University Business SAP.

WORK LOCATION: On-campus: This position provides vital support to campus customers, and the successful candidate must be available to work and perform essential job functions on campus, understanding our location is at 7,220 feet above sea level.
