HR and Administration Coordinator [Temporary Cover]
The Milner Therapeutics Institute (MTI) is seeking to recruit an HR & Administration Coordinator to cover maternity leave.
The role coordinates the operational HR & Administration team, providing advice and guidance on a wide range of HR and administrative matters, including recruitment, contracts, employee relations, staff development, and wellbeing.
This is a key role, working closely with the Business Operations Manager to support the smooth delivery of collaborative activities and contribute to the Institute's strategic objectives across research, partnerships and enterprise.

The role holder will be educated to degree level/Level 6 vocational qualification or equivalent level of practical experience. They will be able to demonstrate knowledge of facts, principles, processes and general concepts related to HR administration and have experience working with multiple processes and working to tight regulations and deadlines.
Temporary cover: This post is fixed-term for 12 months or the return of the post holder, whichever is the earlier.
