We are seeking an individual who thrives in a busy office environment. You will be an HR Assistant in our Business Support Team. Led by the Executive Assistant to the Director of HR, the team provides support to the HR Executive Team and the broader HR department whilst maintaining a high level of confidentiality and professionalism.

In this role, you will provide comprehensive diary and administrative support to the two Associate Directors of HR. We are looking for a problem-solver who can anticipate their needs, suggest solutions and act as a key point of contact within the wider team. You will also be the lead contact for any departmental health & safety matters and assist with wider departmental finance processes and any systems requirements.

We are looking for someone who has proven experience of supporting senior staff at an institution/company. You should have good attention to detail, strong IT skills and be able to manage multiple tasks and conflicting priorities.
