The Role
As the HR Coordinator (HR Business Partnering Team) at Cambridge you will co-ordinate a comprehensive HR support service within the HR Division's Business Partnering teams' delivering an effective HR service across the Schools and Non Schools Institutions of the University. Whilst aligned to and providing bespoke support to a School/NSI Business Partnering team(s), the HR Co-ordinators collaborate extensively to effectively respond to a wide range of enquiries, co-ordinate and support University-wide exercises, undertake project work and fulfil administrative support requirements for HR processes across all departments in the University. You will act as point of contact for the HRBP Division, managing the shared inboxes with initiative to source information and resolve queries, while recognising when issues require escalation.
About you:
In order to succeed in this role, you will join us with:
- Strong interpersonal skills and a supportive, flexible approach, enabling you to build effective working relationships at all levels.
- Experience in producing accurate notes and minutes, and in handling confidential or sensitive information with discretion, integrity and diplomacy, while remaining impartial.
- Organisation and prioritisation skills, the ability to manage multiple tasks, meet tight deadlines, and coordinate work over the short to medium term, including contributing to project deliverables.
- A good general education to A level standard/NVQ level 3 or equivalent level of practice experience.
