HR Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced, proactive and highly organised HR Coordinator to join our busy and collaborative Human Resources team. Reporting to the Senior HR Coordinator, this role plays a pivotal part in delivering a comprehensive and HR service across Cambridge Judge Business School, supporting staff and managers throughout the full employee lifecycle.

As one of the key points of contact for HR-related matters, you will provide high-quality advice and guidance on University policies and procedures, manage a varied portfolio of HR activities, and coordinate end-to-end recruitment. You will work closely with colleagues across the HR team, the wider CJBS community and external stakeholders, contributing to the effective and efficient delivery of day-to-day HR operations and projects.

The successful candidate will have substantial administrative experience within an HR environment and be confident working across multiple processes in a complex setting. You will bring excellent organisational skills, strong attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential, along with the ability to work sensitively, professionally and with a high degree of confidentiality.
