The Role
We are currently seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented HR professional to join our team at Madingley Hall. In this role, you will play a crucial role in supporting the hospitality operations by leading the Hall HR team and providing advisory support to all aspects of Human Resources Management.
Working closely with the General Manager, HR & Business Operation Manager and the Hall management team, you will be responsible for providing clear and accurate advice on HR policy and employment relations issues, coordinating recruitment processes, providing operational and strategic advice.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team.
