HR Organisational Change Coordinator (Fixed Term)

We are looking to recruit a new HR Organisational Change Coordinator to support the delivery of organisational change across Cambridge University. This is a great opportunity for you to join this newly established team, who are part of the Central HR Division at the University.

This is an exciting time to join our friendly department as you will play a key role in providing central coordination and administrative support for key organisational change programmes, working with the HR Organisational Change Consultants and Head of HR Organisational Change to support School Departments, Non-School Institutions and the Unified Administrative Services (UAS), to deliver improvements in effectiveness, efficiencies, culture and organisational performance.

The Role:

As the HR Organisational Change Coordinator at Cambridge University, excellent working relationships are crucial. You will work collaboratively and provide support to HR colleagues, academic departments, professional services, trade unions and other stakeholders, assisting the department in helping to foster a more inclusive, efficient and effective workplace.

About You:

In order to succeed in this role, you will join us with: Experience of organisational change and/or HR projects; Having professional experience, ideally in an HR environment; Experience of providing first level policy/process advice, relevant to organisational change; An ability to provide a high level of customer service and to manage information in a sensitive and discrete manner; Experience of using Microsoft Office, and have the ability to report and manage data; Excellent written and verbal communication skills; The ability to develop excellent relationships with a diverse range of customers; Strong project coordination skills and the ability to manage your workload efficiently and with great attention to detail; A supportive ethos to foster inclusivity, wellbeing and equity.

Fixed-term: The funds for this post are available for 3 years in the first instance. Once an offer of employment has been accepted, the successful candidate will be required to undergo a basic disclosure (criminal records check) check, and a security check.
