Primary Purpose of the Position
The HRIS Analyst plays a pivotal role in ensuring the accuracy, efficiency, and compliance of HR processes within our organization. This position is responsible for managing HR data, conducting audits, maintaining employee files, and reports, and collaborating with various departments to support HR operations.
Preferred Years Experience, Skills, Training, Education
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- HR Certificiation
- Proven experience as an HRIS Analyst or similar role.
- Proficiency in HRIS software (e.g., Banner) and MS Office Suite.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Knowledge of HR processes, employment laws, and compliance requirements.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
