Provide outstanding customer service to related inquiries in person, by phone, or email. Respond to student inquiries as needed. Ensure all student HR data is complete, accurate, and compliant in Workday. Major Responsibilities: Assist with the processes to initiate, reconcile, and process monthly payroll activity for all graduate students in Workday. Technical experience developing reports and spreadsheets. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Excel. Experience processing large volume of HR/payroll data transactions.
