Human Resources Generalist
Dunwoody College of Technology is seeking to hire a detail oriented and technologically savvy Human Resources Generalist. As our HR Generalist, you will support the Human Resources department, faculty, and staff by managing employment processes, ensuring accurate and updated systems, and advising and resolving employee relations matters. This position includes administrative tasks and process ownership within the college’s HR software, Workday, as well as aiding with decision making.
Remote Work: This is a hybrid position that has a combination of duties that allow for a partial remote/flexible schedule with some tasks requiring a physical campus presence.

- Enhance the college’s operations through its HR software, Workday
- Manage HR processes from beginning to end including:
- Interview and selection processes
- New hire and onboarding processes
- Employee recognition programs
- Annual training requirements
- Employee relations matters

Qualifications
We are looking for someone with the following abilities/experiences.
- Degree in Human Resources or related field and 2+ years working in an HR department
- 2+ years’ experience with Workday Recruiting
- Experience in interviewing and selection
