Serves as a strategic HR partner and resource to organizational leadership, employees, faculty, fellows, residents, post-doctoral scholars, and international personnel. Provides guidance and support on key HR matters, including recruitment, hiring, compensation, employee relations, organizational planning, performance management, and termination. Serves as a liaison to the Office of Human Resources and/or the Dean's Office for academic and non-academic human resources matters. As part of its responsibilities, this position will provide HR support to the Montgomery campus and maintain a regular on-site presence to support campus leaders, employees, and operational needs. The anticipated travel schedule is up to five visits per month, with a minimum expectation of one visit per month. The frequency of on-site support may be adjusted over time based on business needs and the effectiveness of the established HR partnership. Provides HR leadership and support across multiple locations and organizational units, requiring the ability to build effective relationships, operate independently, and balance strategic priorities with day-to-day HR needs. Serves as a trusted HR advisor to organizational leadership and partners across the assigned areas. (Annual Salary: $52,555 - $85,400) Qualifications Bachelor's degree in a related field and seven (7) years of related experience required.
