Human Subject Research Program/Project Support Coordinator II
The Department of Emergency Medicine is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Program/Project Coordinator II to support and assist the Manager of Research Activities within the Emergency Medicine Human Subject Research (HSR) Program. This position plays a key role in coordinating and supporting research operations and program activities to ensure projects, timelines, and objectives are successfully achieved within established priorities, funding limitations, and regulatory requirements.

Primary Duties & Responsibilities
- Coordinate and support daily operations for the Emergency Medicine Human Subject Research (HSR) Program and associated projects.
- Perform assignments and program functions using established procedures, policies, and research protocols.
- Develop implementation plans for various research programs and projects, providing guidance, oversight, and support as needed.
- Assist with feasibility assessments and budget development for internal and industry-sponsored clinical trials in collaboration with the Manager of Research Activities.
- Ensure data collection is complete, accurate, and submitted in a timely manner across internal and external systems, including REDCap Cloud, REDCap, OnCore, and shared data platforms.
- Analyze project information, timelines, budgets, and operational processes to provide recommendations for workflow improvements, efficiency, and resource utilization.
- Serve as the daily operations supervisor for the Research Technician II team, assisting with workflow coordination and operational support.
- Work collaboratively with administrators, faculty, staff, sponsors, and external partners to support research initiatives and project success.
- Represent the program/project to internal and external stakeholders professionally and effectively.
- Maintain compliance with departmental, institutional, sponsor, and regulatory requirements associated with human subject research activities.
- Develop strong collaborative relationships with research teams, functional groups, and project personnel to ensure successful project execution.
- Support multiple projects simultaneously while meeting established priorities, deadlines, and funding limitations.
- Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders by exchanging information, asking clarifying questions, and ensuring understanding of project expectations and timelines.

Monday – Friday
8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
Minimum Qualifications
A Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience and 2 years of experience from which comparable knowledge and skills can be acquired is necessary.
