Hybrid-Data Entry Assistant – Independent Monitoring for Quality
(IM4Q) Program
Chatham University invites applications for the position of
Data
Entry Assistant within the Independent Monitoring for Quality
(IM4Q) Program. This is a part-time, hybrid role that offers
flexible scheduling, with approximately 15 hours per week from
October through January, increasing to approximately 30 hours per
week from January through June to align with the peak survey
season.
The IM4Q Program is a statewide initiative supported by the
Pennsylvania Office of Developmental Programs (ODP), aimed at
enhancing the quality of life for individuals with intellectual and
developmental disabilities (IDD). As a Data Entry Assistant, you
will play a vital role in entering completed monitor survey data
into the state reporting system accurately and on schedule,
supporting the program's work across Allegheny, Beaver, Greene, and
Washington counties.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Enter completed IM4Q monitor surveys into the state data system
accurately, completely, and within established deadlines.
Review incoming surveys for completeness and follow up with the
Program Coordinator regarding missing or unclear information.
Track and report data entry progress.
Maintain confidentiality of all survey data and comply with all
program and state privacy requirements.
Organize and maintain electronic survey files in accordance
with program record-keeping procedures.
Assist with other general administrative duties as needed,
particularly during the September–January period, including
organizing program records; preparing or sending correspondence and
reminder materials; assisting with scheduling or tracking monitor
assignments; and other clerical support as assigned.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional
coursework or experience in office administration, data entry, or a
related field preferred.
- Prior data entry experience preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and
general computer/internet skills.
- Reliable internet access and a suitable private home
workspace.
- Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines,
especially during the January–June peak data entry period.
- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with
discretion.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work independently with
minimal supervision.
- Flexible and adaptable, with a positive attitude and
willingness to help wherever needed.
- Team-oriented, with the ability to work collaboratively and
communicate effectively in a positive manner.
Salary Range:
$17.00/hour. 20-hour work week.
