- Rostered shifts between 8am and 11pm, Monday to Saturday

The Opportunity | Te Whiwhinga mahi
ICT Services are seeking a self-motivated professional to join our team to provide ICT support to students across all 3 campuses. This role plays an integral part in the success of the University’s Information Technology Support structure and the successful candidates will be relied upon to provide first class customer service, along with accurate and educated computer assistance.

To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Knowledge of MS Office software in a Windows 11 environment.
- Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing.
- Good problem-solving skills; ability to think around problems and come up with solutions.
- Ability to plan, organise and prioritise work, based on customer demand, in order to accomplish quality work in an effective and efficient manner.
- Ability to work independently.

Salary Ranges | Ngā Utu: $62,300 - $81,300 per annum (dependent on experience and qualifications)
