Imaging & Vendor Maintenance Associate
Job Summary
Maintain vendor and payee records used for procurement transactions. Provide support for procurement related vendor maintenance and imaging production activities. This position will interact on a regular basis with: faculty, staff, vendors and visitors.
Responsibilities
- Enter and maintain vendor and non-employee information into appropriate procurement related systems.
- Prepare, scan and route electronic documents procurement related records.
- Provide customer service support related to vendor maintenance, vendor credit references, and quality control of documents.
- Support assigned procurement database input and maintenance activities.
- Perform other duties as assigned
Required Qualifications
Educational Requirements
High school diploma, GED Certificate or Vocational School Diploma
Required Experience
Two to three years of job related experience
