What We’re Looking For
The Courtauld is seeking a self-motivated and collaborative individual to support the development of research-led impact and knowledge exchange projects at the Courtauld and work closely with our Impact, Knowledge Exchange and Evaluation Manager. The role holder will work within an established team of academic faculty and curators to support the development of research-led knowledge exchange opportunities. A large part of the role will be supporting individual faculty members and curators with evaluating their research projects and gathering evidence of impact for REF2029.
Role Details
Temporary (6 months)| Part-Time (21 hrs)| Hybrid | Salary: Grade 5 (£38,633 - £43,930 pa pro rata)
Key Responsibilities
- Working with the Impact, Knowledge Exchange and Evaluation Manager to support faculty and curatorial staff to provide support for the delivery of KE and impact activities relating to their research to maximise the potential of their projects.
- Reviewing the content of impact case studies and make suggestions for improvement with the Impact, Knowledge Exchange and Evaluation Manager.
- Supporting evidence collection for research impact across a wide range of projects in Art History, Conservation and Curation.
- Supporting the Impact, Knowledge Exchange and Evaluation Manager with the development of the Courtauld’s REF portfolio.
- Coordinating and maintaining the internal SharePoint repository for impact and evaluation.
- Developing and maintaining a portfolio of external and internal best practice KE and impact exemplars that can be used to promote the Courtauld’s research in relation to research and knowledge exchange.
- Supporting academic use of institutional systems to record KE and impact activity and enable accurate management information to be drawn from relevant systems
