"Inaugural Director, Migrant Futures Institute"

The Migrant Futures Institute (MFI) is seeking its inaugural Director to provide intellectual inspiration and strategic leadership. The role involves securing the long-term viability of the Institute, working with external stakeholders such as refugee and migrant organizations, academics, arts and cultural institutions, NGOs, government, policymakers, the private sector, media, and potential donors.

Responsibilities include positioning the organization externally, building partnerships, and raising its profile. The successful candidate must have high-level leadership experience with international reach, exceptional intellectual caliber, excellent people skills, and proven ability to work in multidisciplinary environments.

The Director will appreciate and contribute to research interests in arts, culture, and migration, prioritizing perspectives from migrant scholars and communities.
