Join our Infusion Team as an Advanced Practice Provider (Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant) and make a meaningful impact in the lives of patients!

Role Overview:
- The Infusion APP provides patient-centric care in a busy, multi-disease chemotherapy infusion suite, serving primarily adult patients with a small group of pediatric patients.
- In collaboration with infusion RNs and primary oncology teams, the infusion APP enhances the patient experience by streamlining care and supporting optimal treatment outcomes in an outpatient setting.
Key Qualifications:
- Current New York State Licensure as a
- Registered Nurse and Nurse Practitioner or
- Physician Assistant
- At least 3 years of oncology APP experience
- At least 2 years of chemotherapy experience
- Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) license
- Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certifications
- For NP candidates, Family Nurse Practitioner education preferred
- If internal candidate, acute care and ambulatory care experience preferred
- If external candidate, experience as an infusion APP preferred
- Experience with Epic Systems helpful

Additional Information:
- Schedule: 10 hour shifts, 8 am - 6 pm, Monday-Sunday, potential to provide cross coverage at other sites

- Reporting to: Associate Director, APP
Pay Range: $155,500-$197,400/annually
