Plays a critical role in expanding NTI's course portfolio, ensuring instructional consistency, strengthening course effectiveness, and ensuring that NTI's training programs respond to the evolving workforce development needs of the public transit industry. Minimum Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree in instructional design, education, adult learning, training and development, organizational development, human resource development, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education/training and relevant advanced professional experience.
