- check_circle Analyze learning needs, learner profiles, and performance gaps to inform instructional design strategies
- check_circle Bachelor's or Master's degree in Instructional Design, Education, Learning Sciences, or a related field
- check_circle 4-7 years of experience in instructional design within higher education, corporate learning, or online learning environments
- check_circle Strong understanding of learning theories and design models such as Backward Design, ADDIE, and Constructivism
- check_circle Proven experience in assessment design and learning outcome mapping
- check_circle Proficiency with Learning Management Systems (LMS) such as Moodle and Blackboard
- check_circle Experience with authoring tools including Articulate Storyline, Rise, and Adobe Captivate
- check_circle Familiarity with video editing, text-to-audio/video, and text-to-image AI tools
- check_circle Knowledge of learning analytics, assessment and rubric design tools, and accessibility standards
