DESCRIPTION (topic, expectations, comments):
The competition is open to individuals who meet the requirements specified in the Act of 20 July 2018. Law on Higher Education and Science (Journal of Laws of 2024, item 1571, as amended) and in accordance with the applicable Statute of the University of Kalisz.
I. Requirements for candidates (statutory and statutory requirements that the candidate must meet):
- Academic title/degree/professional title:
- Master's degree;
- first-cycle studies in emergency medical services or public health in the field of emergency medicine;
- Documented scientific achievements in the field or discipline of science to which the candidate's main scientific achievements are to relate (does not apply to teaching positions):
- not applicable.
- Specification of the candidate's required teaching or professional experience (does not apply to research positions);
- minimum two years of professional experience;
- qualifications required to teach classes.
- Employment will be based on a fixed-term employment contract and full-time work - 540 hours of annual teaching load (in the case of employment after the beginning of the academic year, the teaching load is set at 1/30 of the annual teaching load specified for a given position for each week in which classes are conducted at the university).
- The University of Kalisz shall be the primary place of work, within the meaning of the Act, for the candidate after employment.
- An interview may be conducted.

III. Applications should be submitted to the Human Resources Department, 62-800 Kalisz, Plac W. Bogusławskiego 2, room B102.
The deadline for submitting documents is September 21, 2026, by 12:00 PM.
IV. Information on the competition results and the justification will be published no later than 14 days after the deadline for submitting applications on the University's website.
The University does not provide housing, but does provide accommodation in its own hotel facilities.
The University reserves the right to reject the competition without providing a reason.
The competition result does not constitute employment, but rather serves as a recommendation to the Rector in this regard. The final decision on employment is made by the Rector.
