General Description/Primary Purpose: The School of Computing is seeking a 12-month, non-tenure earning Instructor. Position responsibilities will include teaching upper and lower-level School of Computing courses as needed, along with service activities.
Supervisor: This position will report to Dr. Nan Niu, Professor/Director of School of Computing
Working Hours: Varies
Supervision Exercised: This is not a supervisory role.
Anticipated Start Date: The position is expected to begin on December 17, 2025.
Required Qualifications: (1) Graduate degree in a Computing, (2) multiple years professional experience related to the School of Computing undergraduate curricula, and (3) documented teaching experience.
Preferred Qualifications / Skills: Demonstrated potential to be actively involved in service activities, including participation in governance in accordance with the vision and mission of the School, College, and University.
Required Licensure: N/A
