The candidate will have a minimum of two years clinical practice with the adult/geriatric and acute care population and an unencumbered KY RN license or APRN Licensure. Preferred candidates will hold a doctorate degree in nursing; however, a MSN degree also will be considered. Preference will be given to applicants with teaching experience and Kentucky State Registered Nursing Assistant Instructor certification.

The successful candidate will teach didactic, lab, clinical experiences, and provide clinical coordination oversight beginning in August 2026 on the main campus in Columbia, Kentucky. The selected faculty member will teach courses/clinicals in Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), Foundations, and Adult Health (Medical-Surgical) courses. The successful candidate will demonstrate a commitment to teaching, academic advising, ongoing professional development, and collaboration with other faculty.
