Job Summary
The Libraries department at CU Boulder encourages applications for The Interlibrary Loan Technician position! The Interlibrary Loan (ILL) Technician plays a critical role in supporting the University Libraries' interlibrary loan and document delivery services. Using resource sharing and library platforms such as ILLiad, Occam’s Reader, Docline, RSCVD and FOLIO, this position ensures the accurate and timely processing of daily ILL requests and Document Delivery services for CU Boulder patrons, as well as for national and international libraries. This position reports to the Head of Resource Sharing and works in close collaboration with the Operations Manager and Resource Sharing Section members to support various resource sharing activities as required.

What Your Key Responsibilities Will Be
Processes Article Requests for ILL Lending, Borrowing and Document Delivery
- Processes and fulfills article and chapter requests for ILL Lending, Borrowing and Document Delivery in a timely manner with attention to detail and accuracy. This includes supervising incoming requests, and conducting searches in the local catalog and other discovery tools, and verifying articles for accuracy. This position ensures requests are processed efficiently and accurately.
