Inventory Senior Coordinator
Member of a diverse purchasing, distribution and warehouse team directly involved in buying, shipping and inventory management; provides customer service to university customers and suppliers; responds to customer requests in person, phone and e-mail; ensures appropriate action is taken and customer standards are met; utilizes formulas, tables, and macros to create and maintain inventory databases to accurately track and manage inventory usage; maintains and files records; assists in purchasing processes; places inventory orders; tracks shipments; creates and maintains inventory databases to accurately track and manage inventory usage; works with storekeepers to maintain reorder points; approves and matches receipt of inventory items; reviews and interprets information in different formats to accommodate a variety of customer needs; researches and reconciles financial issues with other departments and vendors, ensuring the accuracy with invoicing and inventory; makes recommendations for process improvement; participates in committees and work groups; other responsibilities as assigned.
Required Qualifications:
High School diploma or GED. Two (2) years of relevant work experience in inventory environment.
Desired Qualifications:
Associates degree in a related field; four to six (4-6) years of relevant work experience; excellent communication and organizational skills; good computer skills, experience with databases and spreadsheets; strong analytical, time management, and problem-solving skills.

The Target Hiring Range for this position is $19.28 to $25.19 per year.
